Dharma Studio

We welcome you to the 7,500 foot Dharma Yoga Center, offering daily practices in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Spiritual Discourse. Classes range from beginner to advanced. Home of the Master Yoga Chart of 908 Asanas. In 1984 at the age of 45, Sri Dharma Mittra photographed himself and created this masterpiece as an offering to his beloved guru. Today, this great resource adorns the walls of yoga schools, ashrams, studios and homes worldwide. Originally having taken over 1300 pictures of himself, Sri Dharma Mittra arranged the images to help aid the earnest practitioner in the goal of gaining radiant health, developing concentration and achieving success in Asana.
